Enjoyed my stay, location was great and within walking distance to many places. The room was comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was also superb, and the heated pool and sauna were a great way to relax after a long day.

The elevators were a bit slow, and the hot tub was cold and not enjoyable to use. a great stay but improvements could be made in some areas.

Then hotel in general was very good: very good service, excellent breakfast, free wireless, agreable lobby, very good location.

The room was small and dark, the business center was too poor. For the rate we have paid, we hopeed to have a more confortable room.

We loved the fact that we chose casa da montanha. Rua Coberta is just a short distance away. Free WiFi is good. Gramado City Centre neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention

The hotel has a superb location, being almost in the middle of the main street and close to all the main shopping areas in town. Rooms are comfortable with great amenities like a coffee maker, chocolate and turn down service. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful with a great mix of Italian, German and Brazilian food.

The price may be higher than other hotels in town, but it is reasonable for the services provided.

The hotel staff is very efficient and nice, and the hotel atmosphere very cozy. It is a very charming hotel.

The Cable tv should have more channels.

The exclusive amenities and impeccable service at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre and Indoor swimming pool were perfect for relaxation, and the Sauna was a great addition. the Massage was one of the best I've ever had.

The Bar/Lounge area was a bit noisy, which was a minor issue when trying to relax with a drink. the Special diet menus were diverse and catered to my every need.

Liked Location & Breakfast, but Disliked Room & Service Loved staying in the heart of town, just a short walk from everything. the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options. the bed was comfortable, and there was a bottle of wine waiting in the room. the room was small, and the bathroom was outdated with a leaky faucet. the staff was not very friendly, and it took forever to get our room cleaned. not the romantic escape we were hoping for.
